Understanding Status Points1
1 Point = $10
For every $10 you spend, you earn one Status Point. Status Points show in your account when the point is allocated to a payment. i.e. once an order is paid for.
E.g. John Electrical purchases ten lights for $100. When the order is paid for and our accounts team verifies the payment, 10 Status Points will appear in the account.
Understanding Pending Points1
Pending = Future Status
Pending Points are similar to Status Points but are designed to visualise how many points you will have once the order has a payment applied to it. Once a payment has been applied to an order, the Pending Points are converted into Status Points.
E.g. John Electrical purchases ten lights for $100. Until the order is paid for and our accounts team verifies the payment, the 10 points will appear in the account as Pending Points.

The most common questions about Status Points and Pending Points
What are Status Points?
Status Points are part of Visionary Technologies' loyalty program, where customers earn points for each dollar spent on products. For every $10 spent, one Status Point is awarded. These points accumulate in your account upon payment verification. As points increase, customers can achieve higher membership tiers, unlocking additional benefits such as greater discounts, priority services, and exclusive perks. Pending Points represent points from unpaid orders and convert to Status Points once payment is confirmed.
What are Pending Points?
Pending Points are points in Visionary Technologies' loyalty program that are awarded for purchases but are not yet confirmed. These points are credited to your account as soon as you place an order but remain in a pending status until the payment for the order is verified. Once the payment is confirmed, the Pending Points convert to Status Points, which count towards your membership tier and can be used for various benefits and rewards.
How long do Status Points last?
Each Status Point has a lifespan of 12 months from the date of activation.
Why are Status Points not showing on my account?
If Status Points are not showing on your account, it might be because they are still classified as Pending Points. Pending Points are awarded for purchases that have not yet been confirmed and will convert to Status Points once the payment is verified. Additionally, purchases made before the loyalty system was commissioned by Visionary Technologies are not included in the loyalty scheme and will not earn Status Points.
I reached a tier upgrade with pending points but the upgrade didn’t occur?
To attain a status tier, you must meet the Status Point threshold with confirmed Status Points, not Pending Points. This means that the equivalent points must be fully paid for and verified for the tier to activate. Achieving a tier with Pending Points is not possible.
What is tier retention?
Tier retention refers to maintaining your current membership tier in the Visionary Technologies loyalty program. To retain your tier, you need to continue earning the required number of Status Points within a specified period of 12 months. If you do not meet the required points within this timeframe, you may be downgraded to a lower tier that represents the number of points you earned in that period. This ensures that only active and engaged customers enjoy the benefits associated with higher membership tiers.
I reached an tier upgrade with Status Points. How long does it take to update?
This process typically takes 1 working day to process as our loyalty engine verifies payments made against your account and our accounts team must reconcile a payment against an invoice to cross check before application of tier.
How do discounts work with tiers?
A discount, respective of your tier is automatically applied to all transactions made on your account, whether by phone, email, text or online ordering.
