Iris makes use of the very latest in LED lighting technology. Incorporating world leading Cree diode technology with Visionary’s X-Drive PRO lighting engine boasts the brightest and most efficient LED downlight in its class. You’ll experience exceptional light output that surpasses a halogen downlight, while encased in a small form factor.

DESIGN
EXCEEDS TRADE REQUIREMENTS

Iris was developed from the ground up to provide the ultimate upgrade for users wanting to replace existing halogen downlight products, or for users wanting a small and discrete lighting solution. Iris features two separate models with a diffuse and focal option for varying lighting needs.
Small and versatile
Iris offers a cutout range of 68-92mm, while incorporating a perfectly designed trim with a diameter of 97mm to cover the markings from previous lighting products.
Optical grade lenses
Iris features optical grade lens technology made from poly(methyl 2-methylpropanoate) known for its use in the medical world in intracellular lenses. The lens emits evenly diffused light on the diffused model, or well balanced focused light with a high transmittance factor on the focal model.
Balanced spring system
Custom developed spring system designed to be perfectly balanced and provide an easy but strong installation of the downlight.
LENS OPTIONS
Choose from either a 120 degree diffused lens for general lighting or a 38 degree focal lens for spot lighting.

Tru-colour
A colour platform unique to Visionary, Tru-colour ensures that each and every luminaire provides consistent and accurate colour replication of the lighting engine. Tru-colour enabled luminaires are audited to stringent tolerances virtually eliminating diode divergence between products.
ADAPTIV Processor*
ADAPTIV technology utilises a digital processor core that monitors the internal circuitry and adjusts operating parameters to perform optimally. The result is a highly efficient driver system that performs exceptionally.

The attached Phoenix series LED driver with ADAPTIV enables a smooth and linear dimming experience on almost all leading edge, trailing edge and universal dimmer systems with 0-100% dimming on most dimmer modules.

Iris and the supplied LED driver were developed with close interaction with electrical professionals who install lighting products frequently. Our products were designed to be easy to install making the installation process of the lamp and driver unit more time efficient. 
IC Rated Drivers
The attached Phoenix Series LED drivers were specifically developed for Iris and can safely be installed below ceiling insulation without affecting the products lifespan or warranty.
Dimensionally Versatile
Iris provides a versatile cutout range for retrofitting a variety of halogen cutouts – even gimbal types. Additional to this, we designed the trim to be wide enough to cover the existing paint mark from the old fitting. No need to repaint the ceiling.
IC-F Rated Downlights
Certified to the highest thermal standard available in New Zealand, Iris is fully coverable by ceiling insulation with added fire tracking resistance.
